Anna is a single mother of two from Kenya. She works as a street vendor in Bomet. This morning, Anna was involved in a boda boda accident that caused a fracture in her right leg. She is in chronic pain and unable to walk. Fortunately, surgeons at our medical partner can help. On October 23, Anna will undergo a fracture repair procedure, called an open reduction and internal fixation. The procedure will help her regain her mobility. Now, our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $998 to fund this procedure. I look forward to going back home to my two children, and be able to go back to work.
